a trilha sonora do meu ano.
a música que conheço há mais tempo é from a motel 6, do yo la tengo, que eu ouvia no discman, me embalando na rede, há mais de dez anos. vi o show deles esse ano e eles abriram com essa, minha favorita deles desde aquela época.
a que eu conheço há menos tempo é meet me at the end of the line, que ouvi essa semana e meio que traduziu aquelas manhãs, sol e frio, acordo cedo e parece que toda a cidade, qualquer que seja, está dormindo. aparecem de vez em quando, normalmente abril e maio, desde que eu sou criança. pensei em como sempre vamos nos encontrar, eu e essas manhãs, no mesmo sentimento: solitárias, estáticas, felizes e sempre iguais.

Naqueles dias, havia um sentimento que me puxava porta afora - das coisas que não sabia dizer mas flutuavam ao meu redor, que entravam em meu peito através de cores, como se meus olhos respirassem a luz do verão que nunca encontraria comparação com os dos anos que estavam por vir. E aquele verão conseguia, sim, prever os próximos anos; aquele verão condensava tudo o que havia passado e tudo o que me esperava, aquele verão crescia a cada expiração hesitante, a cada vez que eu abria os olhos e via tudo igual ao que estava quando os havia fechado - minutos, às vezes horas antes. Quando eu te via, o verão era eterno. Aqueles segundos prolongavam-se mais do que o resto do dia inteiro, dentro de minha memória. Na verdade, os dias era arrastados, quentes, sufocantes, mas eu não lembrava disso, não dessa maneira. Os dias eram as músicas que eu ouvia depois. E os dias eram todos iguais, eu pensava. E depois nem sequer existia, eu sentia.
